The Billing Clerk position is accountable for managing and collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers. To comply with company code of ethics, confidentiality practices, HIPAA, safety and all other policies and procedures,



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word).
  • Ability to type 35 WPM.
  • Capable of working under pressure and with a variety of people.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of EZ Claim software.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of WellCare (Ohana), HMSA (HHIN), and United Healthcare (Optum) online processing.
  • Prior office work experience
  • One (1) year of clerical and/or claims processing experience.
