Provides a warm and welcoming front office administrative, financial and operational support to help achieve the mission and goals of Helping Hands Hawaii. To comply with company code of ethics, confidentiality practices, HIPAA, safety and all other policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience. Front office experience is preferred.
  • Attention to details and deadlines.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Windows computer programs including database programs such as Word, Excel, Email, etc.
  • Valid Driver's license and willingness to use properly insured car is preferred.
