To provide general office and dispatching support to the Bilingual Access Line. To comply with company code of ethics, confidentiality practices, HIPAA, safety and all other policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience utilizing MS Word, Excel and/or Access.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of word processing programs & standard office practices and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively work with culturally diverse population of people, i.e. communicate ideas and ask questions.
  • Able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
  • Capable of working under pressure and with a variety of people.
  • Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Knowledge of policies and procedures related to customer service.
