The Accounts Receivables Clerk is to process and maintain incoming payments on a timely basis. Ensures accuracy of the revenue record and comply with company code of ethics, confidentiality practices, HIPAA, safety and all other policies and procedures.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of accounting experience
  • Six months to one (1) year of financial accounting experience and demonstrates ability in accounting
  • Effective communication skills (i.e. verbal, written & listening skills)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Data entry skills, general math skills and organization
  • Great attention to detail and reporting research skills
